Complete Renovation and Addition - SW Atlanta, GA
Complete renovation of abandoned home including construction of second floor master bedroom and bathroom addition at attic space. Converted 2/1 to 3/2 with refinished original hardwood floors, shaker cabinets and vanities, granite counter tops, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, fixtures and infrastructure.
Residential Interior Renovation - Lithonia, GA
Removed old flooring and installed new laminate flooring throughout first floor. Replaced carpet with wood treads and risers on stairs. Painted existing cabinets for modern look. Installed new granite countertops. Installed stone backsplash in kitchen. Upcycled old dresser to create bar with wine rack. Upcycled two shelving units for modern look in living room.
Midtown Condo Remodel - Atlanta, GA
Complete kitchen remodel with shaker white cabinets, quartz countertops, farm sink and black stainless steel appliances. Complete demolition and replacement of flooring with wood plank ceramic tile throughout entire condo and painting or walls and trim.

Demolition of load bearing wall separating kitchen and living area, installation of new shaker cabinets and quartz countertops. Paint throughout first level.
Morrow Fire Damage Repair and Kitchen Remodel
Demolition and repair of fire damaged kitchen cabinets, countertops, ceiling and 1st level laundry area. Drywall repairs, trim and paint throughout. Installation of new maple wood cabinets, appliances, granite countertops w/bar overhang, tile flooring, mosaic backsplash, recessed and pendant lighting all built from owner provided photo.
Stone Mountain 1st Level Full Renovation
Complete gut of existing kitchen and parquet flooring removal throughout first level. Removal of load bearing wall between kitchen and dining area and cased opening installed between living room and family room to create open concept and better flow. Installation of new dark engineered wood flooring, maple wood cabinets, granite countertops. Full half bath renovation as well with new tile flooring, vanity, toilet and paint.
Edgewood Kitchen Renovation
Complete demolition and remodel of existing kitchen including the removal of load bearing wall separating the kitchen and dining room. Refinishing of existing wood floors, beveled subway tile backsplash, new shaker cabinets and quartz countertops. Installation of under cabinet lighting, all new appliances and relocation of existing laundry to basement.
Stockbridge Water Damaged Home Repairs
Home repairs included textured ceiling repairs and insulation replacement. New laminate flooring throughout open floor plan, trim and baseboards. New carpet throughout upper level and linoleum flooring replacement in bathrooms. Garage conversion receive new VCT flooring and entire home receive a fresh paint job.
Doctor's Office Repairs
Repaired leak at restroom sink, remediated mold and repaired drywall and base. Fixed drywall cracking and painted in corridor and install transition strips at door thresholds. Also, remediated and treated unfinished space for mold and mildew.
Stone Mountain Home Renovation
Residential remodel which included the complete renovation of the main level and mold remediation at basement and second level. Two full bathroom remodels and conversion of half bath into a full bath with walk-in shower. Removal of several load bearing walls to create open concept between kitchen, living and dining areas. Extension of master bedroom to include sitting area and large closet addition. Refinished hardwood floors in living/dining footprint and paint at areas of renovation.
Conyers Water Damaged Kitchen Repairs
Repairs included custom cabinetry to match existing, sanding and refinishing existing cabinetry, new granite countertops and backsplash. Also repairs to water damaged ceiling and walls in basement and new laminate flooring installation.
Forest Park Bathroom Renovation
Complete renovation of existing restroom including relocation of existing toilet and vanity plumbing infrastructure. Replacement of damaged subflooring and structural supports due to a prolonged water leak at the toilet drain. Demolition of portion of utility room for expansion of bathroom footprint. Installation of new door, toilet, bathtub, window, valve and head, floor and wall tile, etc.
